The venue is big size and fairly clean with a great value and excellent and attentive staff. Marvellous and excellent breakfast, with plenty of food. Excellent and very convenience setting, right at restaurants and eateries.

Truly enjoyed my ENJOYABLE stay during January visit. The staff were helpful and attentive and kept the place fairly clean. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - just off buses and tram station, food market and bus station. It also was close to public transport & the morning markets.

I appreciated staying in this convenientbrand-new hotel. Everyone who worked there was excellent and best. I was upgraded to decent size and compact a twin room with 2 beds. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were very handy. Nothing to complain about, the venue exceeded all expectations, would recomand it.

Particularly good and incredible location to attractions like Hakodate Morning Market, that was next to the hotel. Furthermore, the area was secure. Our room was functional and freshly renovated, offered with nice view as well as decent hair dryer. We had very very good breakfasts!
